The Space:
You will enjoy an outstanding location in this newly renovated bungalow. You can breathe the mountain air as you walk only a few blocks to the variety of restaurants, fun unique shops, grocery store and the night life of downtown Red Lodge. Set your suitcase down and plan all the fun you will have. You can cook up delicious dishes in a fully equipped kitchen. An old-time favorite activity is a soak in the hot tub, available year-round, as the stars come out on a cool Montana evening. Ready to hit the mountains? Red Lodge Mountain and hiking Beartooth's is only 10-15 minutes away. If you just can't leave work completely behind, there is an office nook off the living room with a desk to finish up those loose ends. This home is the place for you to enjoy all of what Red Lodge has to offer. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a full bed. There is a bedroom on main level with a queen bed and a bathroom. A full kitchen and dining space for 6 are found in this home as well, making it an incredible value for your group of friends or small family. The property has a small back yard with a hot tub, available year-round, and welcomes your k-9 friend (up to 2 dogs). Most mountain town residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. Fans and a portable air conditioning units are provided for your comfort.

Guest(s) have access to the entire home and all listed amenities. This home does have owner closet, garage and a shed that is off limits to guests. The areas that are off limits are locked.
The Neighborhood:
Red Lodge, nestled in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, is a wonderful place to visit if you are looking for family fun, a place to touch the wild, or just a chance to let your hair down. Whether you are wearing Birkenstocks or cowboy boots, you will find something to do here. (Although downtown is paved and we even have sidewalks, Jimmy Choos are probably not a great idea!)
In winter the road ends here. Downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding and sleigh riding are just the short list of activities that you can do when visiting us.
In summer we revel in the Beartooth Pass opening. We are only 68 miles from Yellowstone Park, but plan on a good two hours` drive as the “Pass” is stunning in high mountain vistas, rocky cliffs, and jeweled lakes. The Custer National Forest is a haven for wildlife including elk, moose, mountain goats, big horn sheep, bears (black and grizzly), mountain lions and wolves. Golden marmots are often seen dashing across the trails. Golden and bald eagles often visit our area, as well as sandhill cranes and blue herons.
Getting Around:
63 Bar has street parking. Red Lodge does not have a commercial airport. Guest(s) can fly to area airports and drive to destination. Area airports and approximate distance to Red Lodge: Logan International Airport (BIL) 60 miles, Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) 147 miles, Yellowstone Regional Airport (YRA) 64 miles.
Other Things to Note:
Guest(s) is allowed to have up to two dogs stay at the home during the visit. All dog(s) are required to be current on vaccinations. Guest(s) must clean up after animals and dispose of waste properly. Guest(s) must have a kennel for dogs when in the home and guest is not with the animal. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. A minimum fee of $50.00 will be charged for each pre-approved dog over the two-dog limit. No cats allowed. Unauthorized animals or evidence of an animal on property can result in a minimum fee of $250 and/or your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
The home is equipped with: bedding, pillows, towels, pots & pans, dishes, toilet paper & paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, detergent for washer and propane or charcoal for the type of grill provided. No food or spices will be provided due to health regulations.
We provide a sample amount of soaps, shampoos, and lotion to get you started.
Red Lodge, Montana is a rural community that does offer internet and cell service throughout most geographic areas but, some locations are completely void of any internet or cell service. In town and within a 3-5 mile radius of downtown you will enjoy solid cell signal but during times when our population increases due to events, celebration (such as the Fourth of July), or emergency situations such as a wildfire you will notice that these online and cellular services slow down and sometimes, they can slow down to the point where you have to wait to place a call. We can’t do anything to help in these situations, so we encourage people to enjoy the freedom of being “unplugged” and to be patient.

What a lovely, clean and updated space for a relaxing few days in Red Lodge. The hot tub and fenced yard we're a nice touch too. Would stay here again!
Perfect little house for our family of four. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Great location close to everything.

Check-in was seamless. We ate outside as often as possible at the picnic table and enjoyed sitting around the gas fire. The weather was great and we enjoyed staying at this clean comfortable and welcoming property. The host was great and responded quickly. We look forward to coming back!
Great place to stay right behind Bone Daddys quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped for 6 adults to be comfortable hot tub and grill out back. We spent every evening on back porch as it cools down nicely in the evening. Would stay there again.
This house had everything we needed. Two adults and our small dog. Nice fenced back yard, covered deck and hot tub. A couple of blocks to the center of everything on Broadway. Wonderful, large laundry room, nice office nook. Two cozy bedrooms up. Spacious downstairs queen with stylishly tiled bathroom/shower. A great stay!
Thanks for the great stay and the great service. Text and email reminders with all the information were helpful. Especially the last few days which kept me from having to go back and sort through my emails to find a code, etc. Offers to help during the stay were welcomed.

We have had wonderful experiences with all our rentals through AAA in the past. There were 2 issues with this visit. The home did not have a queen bed as shown on website. When I emailed about this I did not receive a response. Even if there wasn't a solution, it would have been nice to have heard from AAA. No response to an email I sent 9/23/21.

We highly recommend 63 Bar. The home is clean & beds are comfortable. The house is newly renovated and completely modernize with beautiful tile showers and fully equipped kitchen. The fenced backyard is great for dogs. We enjoyed the new elevated deck with hot tub & covered porch with picnic table. The home is a quick 5 min walk to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Can’t beat the convenience! Will definitely stay at 63 Bar again. Thanks for another great rental in Red Lodge! We love working with AAA - Our go to rental agency when we visit Red Lodge.
