"It was a beautiful room, but there was no physical contact with the front desk. I never saw the person in charge, only talked on the phone and was told he was at another property and wouldn't be coming to where I was. It was unsettling. They had left my key in the door so I got into my room ok but will probably not be back"

"The room was fine; however, the property is 'sketchy'. I can only hope that properties like Shenstone can improve and offer medium priced accomodation in an area that badly needs it. With non-refunable reservations, I gave up my $$, to stay in a place that was cleaner."
