"We have stayed at this hotel a few times over past 20 years or so. I believe our last time was just after a renovation and actually was quite nice then. I do not believe it has been renovated since that time (not sure of year, maybe 2009?). The room this time was just "okay". It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.). Also, contrary to amenities listed on website - no secure wifi and no breakfast available. Strangely, our room was located right next to a couple who was obviously living (or extended staying?) in their room and they even had a dog. Granted, they and their dog did not bother us. The hotel is obviously big enough such that they could have given us a room away from that. If they can manage another renovation and improve amenities, we will likely consider staying there again next time we're in Kennett."

"Absolutely loved this rental. I gave a 4 out of 5 on the cleanliness ONLY because outside the chairs needed some dusting for the cushions so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside as much due to limited time otherwise we would have just wiped them down. But! The inside was super clean and we genuinely enjoyed staying here we will definitely be back. "
