"We had an incredible 8-night stay here for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation. My wife is pregnant, so we were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway, and this was the perfect place to unwind. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed with a handwritten note signed by members of the staff and a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Halfway through our stay, they surprised us with a thoughtful baby gift, which was such a kind and meaningful touch that made us feel truly cared for. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and relaxing, and the location was ideal with the beach just a short distance away. The beach shuttle was convenient and made getting back and forth effortless. Our room was exactly as picturedโbeautiful, cozy, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we always looked forward to coming back after a day out. We also loved dining at Almar. Every meal was delicious, and the cocktails and mocktails were fantastic. Most of all, the staff made this stay unforgettable. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to make our experience special. We honestly have no complaints. This was the perfect honeymoon, and we would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Fabulous property and location. Staff were awesome, especially Francisco. Lots of restaurants and bars close by, if you want to try something outside the resort. Very safe and quiet area. A couple of things, one the roads are not all paved and the dirt ones are very rough. Two, great for families, but a few too many kids during our stay. Next time, we probably go adults only."

"Wow โ my family has never experienced such hospitality! This hotel deserves 10+ stars for not only location, cleanliness, comfort and amenities, but the added touches of getting our room ready for our family and celebration of our anniversary with a bottle of wine, included breakfast, complimentary stainless steel water bottles, and complimentary laundry washed, dried and folded for us was impeccable and sets a new standard for superior service. The concierge was able to answer all our questions via WhatsApp which made it easy to explore the area on the go. To boot, the hotel helped us get breakfast to go on our last day because we were flying early. We would come back to Nosara just to spend time at Olas Verdes hotel. Thanks to all who helped make our experience more than memorable for our family!"

"The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive. Overall good value for dollar. Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!"

"Communication with the host was outstanding, host went out of her way to ensure we had accommodations to/from the airport, rental cars and helped us prepare for our arrival. Glad we listened to them and took a shuttle from Liberia, rented vehicles in Samara and had them delivered to the house. What a game changer! Our on-site hosts were over the top. Upon arrival we worked with them to coordinate meals and activities for the week. They helped us get our groceries throughout our stay and made delicious breakfasts and dinners. They also helped us coordinate all our activities with the locals, all were outstanding. We tried everything and our top activities were the ATV tour, fishing and horseback riding. Our fishing excursion yielded several mahi and tuna, which our host prepared and cooked for us. This was our second time staying at the house and was good to see our on-site hosts again. For us coming from south Florida, we were used to the heat, humidity and bugs. Had to remind our family not from Florida that it was a tropical environment so sunscreen and bug spray are a must! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back in the near future. Definitely recommend if planning a trip to Costa Rica! Thank you to our hosts for making this such a memorable vacation."
