"The star of my stay was Marco, the night porter. When it turned out I didn't have a ticket for my home journey, he was instrumental in getting me home at the right time. He researched the logistics required to make a flight on the other side of the island, and I made it with literally minutes to spare. Without his help, I would have been delayed at least 24 hours, if not more. I am also grateful to Ambra for recommending the restaurant Raya, where I had the best meal of my stay. As for the hotel...

"From the moment we stepped foot in the NH Collection Taormina we were treated amazingly. We were given a briefing and showed a map (with lots of great recommendation's) from the concierge staff, which really helped us get a great grasp on what to see and do in the area; with only a few days there this was really helpful.
