"Beautiful, cosy glamping pod in lovely, quiet surroundings. Everything was very well thought out, and the pod was surprisingly spacious ( including the shower room.) and comfortable. Maggie, the owner, was super friendly and gave us some lovely tips on where to go and what to see - a fantastic area with some really beautiful scenery."

"Hotel check in was friendly, was asked if wanted quiet room but ended outside main road! Room was big as had an extra bed in. Off white bed covers was a bit odd but clean, windows werent the best as couldnt see out due to marks or condensation. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast was simple but nice. Hotel is next to a pub so had dinner there with was good"

"This place is special. It's like checking into a royal house and getting the royal experience for a couple of days. The house itself gives you a very warm feeling, and dinner experience was very fancy, following all the rules. They also have a great collection of whiskeys. All in all, we loved living the dream."

"The Strathy Inn is the kind of place where you feel like you’re staying with friends - extremely hospitable ones! It doesn’t look much from the outside and is not in one of the bigger villages but the rooms are very clean, cosy and comfortable and have everything you need. The bed was one of the best we’ve slept in on our trip around North Scotland. Meals are also home cooked and delicious. I would highly recommend a stay here."
