"The staff were so friendly! The room we had was not in the best shape. It was clean, but the air condition unit made a high pitched sound all the time. The shower was older and the floor was worn down on it. "

"We’ve stayed here before and conditions were much better. This time, Room 401, was atrocious. The A/C would not get the humidity out of the room no matter what the temperature setting. The Fan was set to AUTO but never shut off even though you could hear the compressor cycle. The sheets were “scratchy” which was another new problem. And to top it all off, worst of the problems, the toilet would “burp” water (and what was in it) out of the basin occasionally when attempting to flush. Since we were just there for one night, we cleaned it up ourselves. This doesn’t affect the room(s) but the carpet in the 4th floor hallway is filthy, stained and way overdue for a serious cleaning or replacement."

"The house is beautiful! Odd that there are two full beds in the master and no wash rags in the entire house. Coffee pot doesn’t fit the coffee maker. Nice outdoor patio but no patio furniture. For the cost I expected more furnishings and decor. Overall a nice stay."
