New apartment on the first and last floor of a newly built villa consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large dining area for 6 people with open kitchen and comfortable peninsula.

Beautiful veranda of about 30 square meters with breathtaking sea view (south side) where you can enjoy moments of relaxation or enjoy family breakfasts.

It is useful to know that this is the first year that the apartment is used as a holiday home. The kitchen, which is seen in the photo, is of very recent installation and has not yet been used.
