Don’t stay here if have young children or like to have quiet when trying to sleep! There is a restaurant/bar attached to hotel and they play very loud music from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. They only state it as a restaurant on website, when should tell you it’s a bar after dark.

Very clean and up to date facility . Newly remodeled . Staff at check in was amazing , kind and helpful . Room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave , door to outside to sit and relax . Out skirts were a bit shady and scary but the hotel was safe and secure . Room was very clean and smelled amazing. Noise was very minimal . Overall -4 stars

2nd day of stay, no coffee, none! On check in keys wouldn’t open room, staff acted like it was our fault, they couldn’t open either and quickly moved us.

Rooms were comfortable but noisy. Pillows are very thin, so bring your own if you need a good one. The lounge is pretty nice, good menu and prices are average. No coffee in room, have to go to the front desk area.

I like staying at this hotel but it’s really noisy on weekends because of the nightclub. You can’t leave the property with your vehicle because you will lose your parking due to all the vehicles for the nightclub. My room was ok and the staff were great, especially the manager who checked me in.

We had an emergency stay with our two kids. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t impressive. We had to clean the stained faucet, clean hair out from the shower, we found half a plastic knife tip on one of the side tables and ended up requesting an additional fitted sheet. The fitted sheet on the bed had yellow and black stains. The replacement sheet had a hole and additional black markings. Parking was a mission due to the lack of available slots near the hotel…this was never highlighted. The location has venues/lounges and we ended up parking 3 blocks away. There were guest running within the hallways and this kept waking up the kiddos. The staff was very helpful, they work their best around the hotels limitations. Receiving a refund would recompense this bad experience.

1. I arrived 10 min prior to 3pm according to the front desk person who didn't wven come to the desk to greet me there was no rooms ready. 2. The shower leaked being a handicapped room this was a bit hazardous when going to ise the toilet. 3. The secondary lock did not work they replaced it with a flimsy chain. 4. Wifi was sporadic couldnt watch tv because all they had was a firestick. 5. There is a night club attached not a restaurant that place music so loud it was vibrating my windows until 2 am 6. The outer door where you are suppsed to use your roo. Key to acces never latched. 7. Came back to my room after my work day there was no parking spaces...so i guess they dont care about guests who are paying a ridiculous amount of money for such a horrible place. 8. I slept with my pistol..licensed to carry because i did not feel safe. 9. No phone in room to contact front desk i had to look up the number and call the front desk. Which was a useless step. I will never stay there again...and everyone i know social media and my internet radio listeners will be warned

Smoking is not allowed at this place but the smell of Marijuana was nauseating. I walked past 2 men outside who were smoking a joint outside of their room. In the morning, when leaving, the entire hallway where our room was reeked of it.

At checkin they charge an Xtra $100 because of the no smoking policy. "That will be returned at checkout". I was NOT notified in advance of the fee and the return of the money takes 3-5 days! Fortunately I had the Xtra $100! But because of this policy I will never use Red Roof again

Avoid this place
They put me in a room where the ceiling was leaking right outside the door. The ceiling tile had fallen and was in the trash can being used to catch the leak. The shower dripped nonstop. The toilet didn’t flush properly so there were nasty stains in the toilet. The shower doors were obviously wiped but not cleaned. Service was the worst I have ever dealt with. I tried to tell the woman at the counter the door was messed up and it took a bunch of attempts to get the key to work. She went on a monologue for a good five minutes about how the cards were getting demagnetized even after I said that it was an issue while the keys were working. Next day I reserved the same type of room for one night and asked if they could roll my deposit over, like every other place I ever did that at. She said they can’t. I said, “no, you won’t.” She went off on another condescending monologue. I’m all for condescending but not when you’re wrong and the entire conversation flew over your head. After ignoring her the whole time (5+ minutes) she explained that her system wouldn’t allow her do it, I tried to explain to her that what she was talking about had nothing to do with what I said. She was arguing semantics but was too stupid to understand that’s what was going on. Not all policy decisions go through the front desk lady, I’m fairly sure. Setting up the system so the employees can’t roll over the deposits is a policy decision even if her smooth brain wasn’t consulted on the decision.

From the exterior it looks like a motel. The interior of the building is clean and better than one would expect from the outside. We did notice that building side doors did not seal well, so security could be improved. Overall, it’s a good value stay.
