"Property nice - staff worst in any of our travels. Unfriendly and rude. Refused to fix a tv entire stay. Sales pitch at beginning that took hours. Sales manager cursed using F word - ridiculous! Specifically treat Expedia customers as second class citizens noting around every corner “if only you were a direct customer …..” will not return."

"We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves in Jamaica. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place for families with toddlers. My son especially loved the pool and had so much fun every day. I also loved that they offered Jamaican dishes, which made the experience feel more authentic. However, I didn’t like that all the restaurants on the property close between 11am - 12, as it limits dining options. One restaurant should be open at all time. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely visit again."

"The hotel seems old but we'll kept. Front desk, 5 stars, specially Lewis and Camille, they were great. Food was ok, nothing special. Streak house was the best. The rest of the restaurants, 2 to 3 stars max, specially the Italian. The room was ok. Very clean.TV was old, no streaming apps, just basic TV. No espresso machine, just a percolator. Staff in general, 3 stars. They were not very welcoming or friendly. Only a few were great. "
