"The overall experience was good. The staff were very nice and willing to help. The hotel is very French which we liked but the carpet in our bedroom was very stiff hessian and therefore uncomfortable on bear feet The staircases 2 were very steep, very narrow and winding in my view not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. There were no towels. The sheets had not been changed. The shower had not been cleaned. Aside from giving me three towels, They did nothing to change this situation.
