Disappointed that there was not table and chairs, no cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery.
Good pool and it was quiet when we stayed.

"Remote location outside Rayong, in the forest. You need a car to get here. Overall quite ok. They have built a number of new small houses, big space for a cheap price.
Not good:
Bathroom door is only 160-170cm high. I bang my head sooooo many times. They really should put in new doors.
No cleaning! I stayed 1 week for some business in Rayong. Not once did anybody come to clean or empty waste. Even though I put the "Please clean my room" sign out.
There are no english channels on the tv,...

"I have stayed here multiple times and always have a positive experience. Other than the excellent facilities and the value for cost, I find the staff always friendly and helpful. There also seems to be very little turn over here so I see the same staff year after year and many tend to remember me as well. You really can't beat that, and it makes me want to continue returning. The onsite restaurant has some very good choices...haven't found a bad dish there yet. The breakfast buffet is quite expansive and worth the inclusion into your price for room. Although I don't travel with children the facilities are very family friendly...if you have kids, they will have a good time here. I would rate this resort a 5 out of 5 stars....can't wait to return. "

"My first stay in Pattaya was during the off-season so the prices were criminally low. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but we were lucky with no rain. The luck of the weather plus the uber pleasant experience at the Arbour really magnified the joy of this vacation. The staff is impeccable with service and smiles galore. The view from the rooftop pool, the sauna, cleanliness, and the convenience of location makes this a place to revisit in the future. "
