"Most things were great but there is no hair dryer in the room."

"The staff seemed bothered by guests. The facility is dated and areas were visibly neglected and dirty. No hotel info in the room. The worst part- the hotel had no water from 11p-8a due to construction. No warning to guests and no credit or refund. No way to flush toilets, wash hands, or shower, and still charged full price. Breakfast wasn’t an option as they had to close. Terrible experience. Horrible service. "

"Bathroom (shower) had a wood bug on the ceiling, looks like it had been there a while. And you had to pay to park in their own parking lot!"

"Room was small but clean. I would have given higher rating but the people in the room next to us kept us awake till midnight and we had to get up at four am for a flight. I closed the door softly when leaving but part of me wanted to close it making noise!"
