"was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. "

"The property was exceptionally clean. The owner responded to any requests in a very timely manner. The view of the water was really nice and there was direct access to it. We would definitely rent again."

"The location was ok, quiet and the host was responsive before check-in, but several details were disappointing. There was no hair dryer, and basic toiletries like shampoo and soap were not provided. The cooking oil had gone bad, and some of the pots were dirty upon arrival. Several light bulbs were burned out, and the bathtub was very slippery( a rubber mat would have helped with safety). There were also two nail heads sticking out of the stairs. My mom stepped on one and almost got hurt, which was very concerning. Overall cleanliness and maintenance didn’t meet expectations. With better attention to these basics and safety issues, the stay could be much improved."
