"Beautiful well maintained large marina, beautiful lobby area, our room was nice. Right near State Park. In the park if you’re traveling with kids is a wonderful playground and beach area.."

"The only problem with the cabin was the ongoing flies that come in every time you open the door. However, it is a ranch and there are animals, which are close by, which is great, so it makes sense. We also had some ants come into the property but the owner was quick to treat them well. Good stay. Would stay here again. Wonderful country backdrop and ranch setting. "

"Very clean with all the amenities. Nice touch with the bottle of wine! We were there on a fishing trip to Lake Ray Roberts. The house is very centrally located to the lake with easy access to three boat ramps including the state park. Lots of food options close by. If you are pulling a boat, there is a very nice, wide driveway for backing in. I would highly recommend this property if you are needing a place to stay in the Pilot Point/Lake Ray Roberts area."

"The host was very helpful and responded in great time. This place was great for our dogs. They had lots of room to just run around outside. The house was very clean. The only thing is those darn trains going through at 12 midnight and 230 in the morning. "

"We got to the house the code would Not work, got ahold of the host to find out the house has a busted water pipe and could not stay there. He sent us to his ranch house, we got there no furniture just beds and was in the process of being painted. I have asked for a refund but have not received it. I would like a refund please "
