Exceptional value for money.... Perfect in every way. Highly recommend short or long stay.

Amazing! The staff were friendly and went beyond. I broke my ankle the day we arrived. What could have been a nightmare turned into a great experience. Everyone was helpful and kind. The best place to start recouperating! Stay in the pool Access rooms. Quiet and Thai style. Clean. They offer free rides to certain places around Rawai and because of my situation they dropped us off and picked us up every day from around Rawai free of charge. I will definately return - 5 star service for a lot less...

The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help if needed. When I was checking out, the man at reception offered for me to stay and leave my bags in the room and was happy for me to relax in the room well after checkout and when I was ready to leave for the airport. I’m incredible grateful for the kindness and generosity. Also a great area to visit with lots to do and not far from other destinations

It is the exceptional staff that make Fisherman Way an outstanding holiday. The resort is well established with each villa having it's own space and privacy. The resort pool is refreshing but the having your own private villa pool is my recommendation. The infinity pool overlooks the water and with direct access to the beach the kids will have a ball. Tey tour hand at Stand Up Paddleboarding or just relax on the beach. Housekeeping is remarkable. The staff go above and beyond. The real...

From the minute I arrive to when I left I felt extremely welcomed and May and here cousin and her husband all made me feel like one of the family this in my opinion is this best value and nicest people and place to stay . The rooms are awesome big and have everything you need , very quiet and away from the busy areas , I would highly recommend this to everyone and will definitely be coming back asap . Thank you May and family for being the most amazing hosts and family you made this trip so much...

The hotel was a welcome sight that exactly matched the photo's on the web site. The staff where friendly and helpful and the food was a taste sensation. Breakfast was wonderful and varied everyday and the room service meals delivered in a timely manner with wonderful variety for all tastes. The beach was clean and 50 meters away and one of the best i have seen in Asia, white sand that goes out 100 meters into a calm lagoon type bay great for kids and adults of all ages. The hotel equipment was...

The facility and staff were fantastic, although it was the off season and only had a skeleton staff rostered on, they looked after our every need. Transport was a concern but taxis were plentiful and cheap. Breakfast was good but with limited choice, lunch was available however it was not clear to us that the restaurant was closed for dinner which was slightly inconvenient if we decided to eat in, but they arranged take away for us so no problem.

the place is nicely decorated and very clean. We have booked a 6-room villa but there are 2 rooms at downstairs which when we arrive, there are some stuffy smell in those 2 rooms. Apart from that, there are fallen leaves and flowers all over the place which are really unpleasant. The manager has tried his best to fix the problem for us but there are still some smell. On understanding that it takes time to let the smell gone, the manager has arranged another villa for our friends to stay...

Love this place if you’re after a quiet villa stay. Recommend hiring a scooter to explore local area. Otherwise plenty of options for ride share via bolt and grab

I enjoyed the 9 nights at the resort. Staff were happy and always happy to follow up any request. We arrived late on the night that we booked in the resort staff were happy to assist with organising a some dinner. The resort was well maintained and well looked after. The pool was clean and well maintained so we used it often. The fellow guests were a great mix of people and every one interacted with each other and there was sharing of food between the guests and lots of relaxing time spent with...

Stayed for one week in a two bedroom apartment with direct pool access. The apartment was not huge but spacious enough for our family of three, with two bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The complex is beautiful and was very quiet while we were there. The complex areas, including the two pools, were always clean. Breakfast was included in our booking and although not large was adequate and tasty, however the food was never warm (sometimes not even tepid) and the cafe staff were efficient and...

Had an awesome week over Christmas. Great location if you’re looking for the quieter side of Phuket.

I stayed at this hotel 14 nights and I liked it for the cleaness the nice pool outside your room. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast good. I rent a scooter from the hotel very cheap and you can go to Rawai beaches with it. I truly recommend this hotel is so nice

Very good value. Quite an impressive property for the price. Large clean, comfortable and modern room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Gym and fitness facility was decent. Pool and common areas were well-kept. Staff nice and willing to help with requests. A couple of minor suggestions I would make is for a 2-week long stay, I would have expected the sheets and bedding to be changed mid-way through or at least an offer to be made. As I was just one person, I switched sides of the bed so...
