Staff was friendly and accommodating Cons: 1 elevator for this size property is not good. The wait was too long. The coffe at breakfast was not drinkable. Had the consistency of dirty water. There is a Starbucks nearby that my husband went to every morning. "

"The Ava hotel has only been open for one year. We met the owners, and they are so nice. There are so many great amenities, and the tasting rooms often stop by for free tastings for hotel guests. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown, so everything is walkable. The hotel aesthetic is top-tier. I love everything about the hotel. There’s a market on weekends where you meet a lot of the locals that own many of the shops downtown. "

"Easy check in and parking. Room was spacious but did smell like cigarettes. AC was not running so room air was stale. The vending machine did get stuck with bottled water. I had to purchase a second in order to get the one that was stuck. Easy commute to vineyards. Would stay again. Also, housekeeping needs to pay attention to do not disturb sign as someone entered as I was changing. "
