I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. As a solo woman traveler safety is my number one concern and I felt incredibly safe here.
The property is extremely clean. The staff is wonder and your host Ganesh and Saroj are wonderful and will ensure you have a pleasant stay- along with the rest of the staff. This is definitely an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Thamel, Kathmandu!

Generally our experience was very positive at Hotel Thamel. Only two small issues was there are some pigeons living in the building which make some sound
