"La stanza era molto grande e tranquilla. C'è anche un giardino abbastanza ampio a disposizione esclusiva di ogni camera/appartamento. Estrema cortesia. Ovviamente si è in aperta campagna, non in vicinanza del mare o dentro un borgo, ma in auto si raggiungo facilmente molte località interessanti del luogo. "The place is amazing in the wood, restaurant and super market inside. The price is not cheap, in july I paid about two five cero per night. The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early). Additionaly, in the policies it was written that the music was not allowed, however, there was a lot of music for the baby dance and other internal events"

"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"If you are driving here you may be surprised by the rough and sometimes narrow track to the hotel - especially if you meet oncoming cars. We liked the dining experience (lunch and dinner were very good and breakfast was ok). The spa was ok too - probably better on a cooler day. We loved the wine and overall had a very pleasant stay here. Very glad to have air con in the room."
