I was there from 26th of April; in my initial booking I said one adult, one child of 15 years; a day before arrival I was asked for an online check in, and when requested to key in the birth date of my daughter, it was not possible to select the year 2006; it was late, so I just took a year randomly (2016). At arrival the staff - a Greek gentleman - told me that I should pay 80 EUR more, since my daughter was 15 and not 5; being late after a rainy day, I just paid the 80 plus 60 EUR for next morning breakfast (15 EUR each) and went to bed. In the morning I went to the reception, shown my booking were it was written "15 years old"; lady at the reception said they will check and revert. Later on same day she said that it was a system error and the 80 EUR paid for nothing I may use for breakfast in the coming days. Same evening I met again the Greek gentleman, he said "yeah, it was a system error, but still you have to pay for your breakfast, because the cost is now 19 EUR per person, not 15 ... Since I could not trust the man, next morning asked three times at reception what is the breakfast cost, I was told three times: 15. At checkout they told me I had an open balance of 72 EUR that I had to pay. Being in a rush (flight to catch) I paid and checked the invoice when back home; breakfast cost was now 19 EUR per person.... Overall, the hotel looks fine but I felt myself robed. And it looks they don't know how to recognize their mistakes.

Abends am EMpfang angekommen fragte ich nach einem ruhigen Zimmer, Antwort Zimmer ist zwar zur Bahnhofsseite, aber mit schallisolierten Fentern. Ergebnis: Züge waren nicht zu hören, aber grölende Passanten ... Sauberkeit im Zimmer: Spinnweben an der Decke, Tierhaare und Krümel auf dem Teppichboden. Am Empfang habe ich dies mitgeteilt und bekam die Antwort: Das werde am nächsten Tag dem Housekeeping mitgeteilt. Frühstück mit knapp EUR 20,-/Person recht teuer.

Medewerkster heeft duidelijk nog wat training nodig. Hotel is uitstekend. Kamer was netjes schoon en een uitstekende accommodatie. Ontbijt beslist de moeite waard. Minpuntje voor onze kamer (211) was dat de afvoer van de douche kennelijk niet goed doorliep, waardoor de badkamer na enige tijd ook onderwater liep. Beslist geen showstopper en wordt waarschijnlijk snel verholpen.

Ich durfte zum wiederholten Male im GINN Ravensburg nächtigen und habe auch diesen Aufenthalt durchaus genossen. Das Personal ist sowohl freundlich, als auch professionell. Das Zimmer war angenehm und groß, der Smart-TV und das bequeme Bett runden das Ergebnis ab. Fußläufig entfernt ist sowohl der lokale Bahnhof, als auch die Innenstadt - direkt gegenüber findet man ein gutes Burger-Restaurant, als auch einen Supermarkt (Alnatura). Im Hotel selbst kann man sowohl Snacks, als auch Getränke und das hauseigene Shampoo kaufen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Cityhotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt während meines Aufenthalts: Die Klimaanlage heizte das Zimmer zu sehr auf, es lies sich auch nicht kühler regulieren (daher auch nur drei Sterne bei Zustand). Ansonsten war alles prima.

Modernes zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guter Schall-Isolation und Klimatisierung. Ausserordentlich freundliches Personal. Sehr umfassendes und hochwertiges Fruehstuecksbuffet. Leider keine Ladestation fuer Elektrofahrzeuge in der Tiefgarage.
