Genuine, everything worked and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return.
The host answered my messages swiftly when I had an issue with the fireplace and explained what I needed to do - knowing I had someone to contact that easily was reassuring.

The staff were all wonderful and very helpful, they answered all our questions and went above and beyond our expectations ^^
The breakfast was brilliant, I will say water world got a bit crowded but overall we had a great experience

The room was clean and warm, situated suitably far enough away from the others to offer privacy. It would have been nice to have cooking facilities as we didn't want to eat in the restaurant every night. However, the breakfast was varied and really good. It is very remote so would recommend a hire car, far cheaper than shuttles or taxis. We were fortunate enough to see the lights, although the glass roof was a huge feature, we did actually run straight outside every time! The staff were lovely and friendly and very willing to help us with our questions. If you're happy to travel out a bit, I would highly recommend.
