"The location is perfect for Solva, just off the harbour. The outdoor space was also a bonus. Although the property is small, it is very well thought out to maximise your stay. Especially with a toilet in the bedroom and the shower room and toilet off the living area, so if people sleeping on the bed settee, you all have your own toilet to use with put disturbing everyone. The kitchen although small was well stocked and perfect for the size if the property. Again so important for us in addition to the location was that it was dog friendly. Another bonus was the fact you can unload the car at the property and then you have a parking permit for the car park, which is only a few minutes walk from the property.Booking and communication was very good, and the Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge upon arrival was very kind.Would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when in Solva xx"

"We stayed over New year with a group of friends. Access information was easy to follow. The house was clean and tidy and very spacious with two lounge areas and a lovely large dining room.Kitchen very well equipped with everything you could think of.Only slight negatives for me were in the bedrooms. Bath towels Very small. Wardrobe in the super king room was very small and lacked any decent hangers. A couple comfy chairs in the bedroom would be nice ."
