This was a convenient hotel for our trip to Dalhalla. The weekend we were there there was a car meet but the hotel did their best to mitigate any noise and actually the atmosphere in the town was really exciting.

Favourite hotel in Rättvik

Close to the lake, so we always stay here when ice skating. Love breakfast in the diner!

Great hotel and comfortable stay - excellent location and they put on food after the concert in Dalhalla - nice touch. Tip, if you're getting a shuttle bus to Dalhalla you need to book this 24 hrs before - may be best booking parking this early too.

This hotel is perfect. It might not look fantastic but it’s very good. They offered a complimentary evening snack due to that evening is closed at night. Food in the diner is good and breakfast is ambitious and great. What really stands out is the service and friendliness from the staff. I’ll definitely would come back.

Overnight

We only stayed one night. The hotel was really good, not very big but had everything that we wanted. A big free carpark, lovely comfy bed and nice bathroom and very clean everywhere. The American diner underneath the hotel was a great feature and definitely different. We did try it and enjoyed the fast food style, it made a nice change. Also breakfast in the diner had lots of choice so we didn’t go hungry.

Good location if you are arriving by train or bus. Decent breakfast. The room was a little colder than I would have liked but I forgot to say this to reception so I guess it was not so bad!

Highly recommended!

Newly renovated room, comfy beds, very clean, heating in the bathroom floor etc. The staff was very nice and the restaurant below had good food and breakfast. It was kinda hot outside 25+ and the rooms were quite warm. The only bad thing was that they lacked AC but remember that Sweden is usually not that hot so AC shouldn't be a must!

Mauvaise expérience

Cadre rétro tres original et réussi (le restaurant) mais cuisine pas à la hauteur. Chambre donnant sur la principale route traversant Rättvik: très bruyant quand on ouvre la fenêtre. Et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre quand on n’ouvrait pas. La réception se fait par le restaurant. Pas d’accueil à l’hôtel lui-même.

Linda i receptionen heja dig!

En extra stjärna till Linda i receptionen som var fantastisk både i telefon innan vistelsen samt på plats,hon gör verkligen "det lilla extra". Rummet var jättefint! Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Kan varmt rekommendera att äta på Sjövillan ett stenkast därifrån! Det som drar ner betyget är att det var väldigt varmt i rummet, hittade ingen AC (kanske fanns Men inget jag kunde hitta, stod en bordsfläkt i rummet som hjälpte föga) Det ligger ju väldigt centralt mitt i smeten, vårt rum vätte mot vägen och det hördes väldigt mycket.. i och med att det var varmt så hade vi öppet fönster kanske hade man hört mindre med stängt såklart. Frukosten ger jag en svag 2 av 5....inte mycket att hurra för. Plastigt upplagt och tråkigt utbud. Men over all...mkt trevligt hotell!

Det allra bästa hotellet.

Hotell Rättvik var det sjätte hotellet vi besökte på vår semester. Vi kan bara konstatera - att det var det klart bästa! Fantastisk attityd från medarbetarna, moderna och rejäla rum, förstklassig restaurang på första våningen (fräckaste hamburgerrestaurangen i Sverige?). Läget inför Dalhalla är utmärkt - endast 20 min med bil. Efter att jag glömt min rakapparat - så lovade en medarbetare i telefon att hon skulle fixa att den blir postad till min hemadress samma dag. Vilken service! Just love this hotell!
