"Relaxing room in quiet location. One of the best Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed in. Everything is within walking distance. I'd stay here again over anything in nearby Walla Walla, which also has great hotels. It's just that Dayton is a quiet, small town."
"Loved the property, building and rooms. The contactless check in was flawless. I would recommend that if you have guests the coffee shop be open on Sunday and the bar be open longer than 5-9. Wonderful place that we will be back regardless of my suggestions "
"Nice place. Fun to watch the deer, quails and turkeys roam around the yard. I liked the spacious, uncluttered plan and furnishings. The place was well-appointed. Internet access via wifi was good. We didn't try the TVs.In the kitchen I would have preferred a traditional sponge and dish rack. Also, some way to make coffee from grounds. One small complaint: there was some machinery which ran day and night on about a 5 minute interval which made some rather loud clunks, at least as observed from the guest bed room. All that said, I'd rent the place again."
"A very nice peaceful getaway. If you are looking for quiet, beautiful views with a relaxing home vibe, this is it. If you want to walk from the house, that really is not an option unless you walk the road off from the house. "
Farm stay in a 3-bedroom home near the blue mountains.
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I chose this peaceful, private farm retreat as our base camp to explore the Palouse Falls and surrounding area. Located in a picturesque valley, this home, a cowboy retreat, is comfortable and surrounded only by the sounds made by grazing sheep, cattle, horses, and flocks of geese. Oh yes, and goats, very friendly inquisitive goats. The kitchen is fully stocked; we cooked all our meals. One of them on the outdoor barbecue - not a grill, but a griddle. Never used one before, but I am now looking to get one myself. Dayton and nearby Waitsburg are nice towns. Dayton has an EV charger (Flo) that we discovered too late our stay, but which is very convenient. The next closest one is in Ritzville about 45 minutes away. Our host, Stephanie, was great in her communication with us and made sure we were well situated. We are a retired couple, and loved it here. But if you have kids, they will like it even more."
Spacious 5-bedroom house in lovely Dayton with WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"The house was perfect for our group of three couples visiting the SE Washington area. Easily walkable to the main town area, but also within a hour drive to Walla Walla wine country, Palouse Falls and hiking. The living room is huge and having the pool table downstairs was great for entertainment. The kitchen is well stocked and we had several meals on site, including a barbeque (good idea to being charcoal if you plan to use). Everything was clean and well maintained. And Jeffrey was super responsive and helpful. We'd book again. "
