A standalone house in a secluded lakeside location, with a wood-fired sauna cabin, a private dock for morning coffee, a rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Large yard with a trampoline and plenty of space for play and socialising. Open fireplace. Nearby are the major alpine destinations of Vemdalen, Klövsjö, and Björnrike, along with excellent fishing and hunting opportunities. A supermarket is within walking distance. In the summer, enjoy mountain hiking, waterfalls, golf in Klövsjö, and many other excursion destinations. Outdoor pools at the campground. In winter, the ice offers ice fishing, walks, and cross-country ski trails. 3-bedroom accommodation, totaling 10 beds (based on 5 people sleeping in one of the rooms).

Note! Bed linens and towels are NOT included; guests must bring their own. Duvet covers for single duvets. Fully equipped, simple kitchen with seating for 10 people if you’re willing to squeeze a bit. Living room with a fireplace and a few board games available to borrow. A small bathroom on the lower level and a larger bathroom on the upper level. An older washing machine is located in the somewhat rustic basement; fiber-optic Wi-Fi provides a good connection for remote work. A wood-fired sauna in a separate sauna house on the property. In winter, guests will need to shovel their way to it—well worth the effort once you’re sitting there in the warmth. Free access to firewood. A large trampoline in the summer, a grill, a patio, and a private dock. There are dining tables both on the sauna patio and the house’s patio. Feel free to rearrange the furniture to accommodate more guests. The house is “neutral” and there are no personal photos on the walls. Note: Bed linens and towels are NOT included—guests must bring their own. Bedroom 1, upper level—double bed (space for a mattress on the floor if needed). Bedroom 2, upper level—double bed + bunk bed + pull-out bed. Space gets a bit tight when the pull-out bed is extended, but it works well if a child sleeps there. If desired, you can remove the mattress from under the bunk bed and place it on the floor in another room. Bedroom 3, lower level – bunk bed + pull-out bed. Guests are responsible for cleaning before checkout; all cleaning supplies are provided. A fee of 3, 000 kr. will be charged for failure to clean or inadequate cleaning. Bed linens and towels are NOT included; guests must bring their own. Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed (additional pillows and duvets are available in the closet in the upper hallway). Firewood for the sauna and fireplace is included. Pets are welcome (dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds).
