Built in 2017 in the quiet and Mediterranean fishing village of Sveta Marina, House 61 offers state-of-the-art amenities for a relaxing holiday right on the coast of Kvarner Bay. The apartment (No. 143) on the first floor of the house offers a magnificent view of the open sea, the village and the beach. It has a size of about 100 square meters and has spacious 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a large living / dining area with spacious kitchen. The large windows in the living room let you enjoy the view even better and undisturbed, it feels like being outdoors. On the large, covered balcony high above the roofs of Sveta Marina you can relax and enjoy the hours of sunshine in peace.
The apartment is fully air conditioned in all rooms, the special "Sunprotect" windows show direct sunlight and prevent heating the apartment. In the colder winter months, guests can enjoy continuous underfloor heating.

Sehr zum empfehlen. Sehr sauber, eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider ist auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen, dass ganz aktuell eine Hauserweiterung des Nachbarhauses direkt vor dem Haus in Richtung Strand statt fand. So war Baustellenlärm an der Tagesordnung. Leider versperrt die Hauserweiterung die uneingeschränkte Sicht auf das Meer.
Trotzdem eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!!!
