About this property
Design lovers stone house with stunning pool and a walking distance to the beach
- House features three comfortable rooms with bathrooms, from which one is on the roomy attic and other two down on the cool ground floor. Middle floor on the entrance area comprise of living room, kitchen with large kitchen island/bar. The terrace close to the pool has shaded pergola with Camado grill.
A short 12 min walk through magic pine tree forest leads to a beautiful pebble beach. House is modernly designed with close attention to details. House features concrete, steel, local stone and stunning perimeter black pool. The house is situated in small place called Drenje between few other houses and olive groves.
The house has available parking spot for three to four cars just 20 meters from the house.
Apart from nearby beach available only on foot there are other beaches accessible by car in the of range of 3-5 km
