The Space:
This villa is part of a complex of seven newly built villas in the village of Diminici, which is only 1.5 kilometers from the nearest beach. This beautiful Villa stands out because of the beautiful sea view it offers from its terrace and balcony. The location of this villa is perfect for those seeking peace due to its isolation and comfort due to its full equipment. Three bedrooms have three double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. Three of them are upstairs and one is on the ground floor. The villa also offers one bathroom with shower, two bathrooms with bathtub and one toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and much more. In the living room you can relax with your coffee or tea watching the sunset or watch your favorite program on TV equipped with satellite and Netflix. Swimming Pool closed from 01.10. until 30.04.

The Neighborhood:
The nearest town is the town of Labin, 20 minutes by car, and the nearest town along the coast is the town of Rabac, 25 minutes by car, which is completely dedicated to tourism and where you can find a rich gastronomic offer but also many beautiful beaches. The history of the town of Labin dates back to the second century BC. Today, Labin is divided into two parts: the old town, which is a network of winding cobbled streets at the top of the hill overlooking the Kvarner coast, and the new town, which contains the most shops and services at the bottom of the hill. There is no beach in Labin, but it is only a short distance from Rabac, a busy tourist resort.

Schöner Urlaub mit zwei Familien
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage mit mit zwei Familien in dieser schönen Villa. Es war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Umgebung hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist großzügig und bei dem heißen Wetter unverzichtbar. Die Kinder waren täglich stundenlang am Planschen. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls ausreichend, der Relax-Bereich ist gut gelungen und es ist ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen inkl. Kindern und 2 Kleinkinder. Ein Reisebett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus hat in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, ebenso das Wohnzimmer. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich modern eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an unseren Betreuer. Liebe Grüße an dich. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen wollen.
