This cosy holiday apartment is just the right place for your holiday, here you can experience a lot as well as relax comfortably in the sun by the swimming pool. The bright apartment is located near the sea and you have a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding area.

After a cosy breakfast, either on the balcony or in the living room, you can look forward to a great day. Spend wonderful hours by the pool, which is shared with other guests. The garden invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings.

Stroll to the beach and enjoy swimming and sunbathing. Visit the town of Labin, which welcomes visitors from the top of a hill. Thanks to this special location, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Adriatic coast from numerous vantage points as you stroll through the historic town centre. In summer, you can take boat trips from Rabac to the nearby islands, and for active holidaymakers, Rabac also offers well-developed hiking and cycling trails.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, etwas außerhalb von Labin in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, etwas außerhalb von Labin in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung. Das Haus liegt ganz am Ende der Straße und zum nächsten Haus sind es ca.40 Meter. Man stört niemand und wird auch nicht gestört. Der Garten mit großem Pool, kleiner Gartenhütte zum sitzen und Grill ist sehr schön aber leider hat es mit dem Reinigungservice des Pools vom Vermieter nicht so gut geklappt und wir mussten einmal selber das Wasser mit Mitteln retten weil es sonst gekippt wäre. Erst auf Nachfrage kam dann jemand. Das Haus ist in drei Wohneinheiten unterteilt und in einer ist die Klimaanlage perfekt aber in der zweiten gibt es leider keine und dadurch wird es im Sommer tagsüber und nachts sehr warm. Die dritte Wohneinheit in der 1. Etage hat eine Klimaanlage in der Küche und Essbereich aber bei den Schlafräumen gibt es nur ein Klimagerät im Flur und das ist für die drei Schlafräume bisschen wenig. Küchengroßgeräte sind etwas älter und sollten getauscht werden. War trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Ferienhaus.
