We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. Super highly recommended especially when one wants to escape the busy city.

We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff.

Following where I left off the last time I was here in Ras Al Khaimah Al hamra beach (Ritz Carlton), continues to give me that "Wow" factor. The villa (#2), service, and the delicious food is second to none, in my opinion. I did not experience any difficulties during my stay nor I have came across any flaws as well. "The entire team", from valet, reception desk, concierge, lifeguards on duty, restaurant staff, all have contributed to making my stay stress/worry-free. I have not experienced the activities that were available at this time due to the peace and quiet I was longing for. Although construction is near by, it did not interfere nor distracted my ability to seek the purpose of my train of thought being restructured. Thank you so much again for the experience.

Great stay

Excellent stay at this property. Very private villas with lovely cabana / pool area and direct access onto large beach. Service levels were excellent throughout. I liked the fact that the in villa dining menu was not too fancy and reasonably priced. I would agree with some other comments in that the 'indoor' layout of the villa feels a touch cramped given the otherwise very large footprint of the villa as a whole, but with a private pool and various lounging areas outside, there isn't much point in staying inside (unless the weather dictates otherwise). Would certainly return.

Fantastic Trip

Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Das Interior des Zimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch der Pool-Bereich müsste vermutlich bald ein mal renoviert werden. Aber wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit!

The room was the more expensive option, I thought because of the view but in-fact it was because of the privacy. In was not told this at check in and the privacy aspect did not help me, I wanted a view....

Mid covid stay

We had a lovely stay in the middle of covid. It was great to have a private room with no need to leave. Check in was at the ferry terminal, we had a private boat transfer (5 mins ride) and were driven by golf cart straight to our room. We saw no one other than the staff who were discrete and curious. The accommodation was perfect and the pool suitably chilled given the UAE heat. The difference between the room categories is the level up have a privacy screen so you cannot see in from the beach, but they are closer to the shore. Otherwise I understand they are the same layout. We would definitely recommend it and are likely to return.
