"The room was clean, just a funny smell in the bathroom sometimes. Breakfast could be better with more options and needed flavor. The Spa was amazing, if I had more time I would have done another massage. The staff particularly Catrina,Maharram,Chris, the bar staff by the pool,the people that opened the doors,Mia,Amabou from Waka, the house keeping staff,some other servers and hosts were so Amazing, kind, always smiling,great attitude,always welcoming just Awesome all around. I was so pleased seeing them they made my time there outstanding. The chef at Waka needs to work on "sticky rice" but the food was good and Reunion needs more staff or better service. The pool needed to stay open a little longer and need repairs."

"Overall our stay was great with the following exceptions: - the teen club does not open till 1pm, which is inconvenient because the kids club is open at 10 am, you find yourself having to wait if you have multiple children - the rooms are prone to ants crawling about, we set our water bottle down and within 10 minutes there were ants flocking to the condensation -the selection of drinks were limited depending on which area you went to"
