Your on your own!

They are trying to update and it is clean. lifts are slow and awkward. Staff was friendly but I believe overtaxed as I was away from hotel and my car overheated...I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and also reservations with no success to get a late checkout or extend. I did however get a return call several hours after I checked out wondering why I had called...overall a nice place but needs some communications assistance.

It was a nice place close to the beach. The rooms had a slight smell to them due to the smoking rooms being close by. Otherwise great location

Full of Indians Asians & Russians

The hotel smells like old food. Humidity is high in room. I could feel the bed is wet. I booked a delux queen bed and paid for it. But I got twin bed. I was waiting 30 min for check in. Because they couldn't find my booking from Expedia. I don't recommend locals to book in this hotel. The hotel is cheap but not really worth it.

In general a nice stay, breakfast was nice and beach area + swimming pool was ok. The hotel could use little updating, and WiFi was slow ! We where just there for the weekend and next time I will probably stay longer

Nice middle of the road hotel. Not fancy but clean

Hotel is dated but makes up for in convenience and friendly service, Irish pub was a pleasant surprise with inexpensive drinks and food specials overall a good stay

Excellent customer service

It was amazing escape for valantine day with agood surrounding ,honestly the staff were super woow they made our stay unforgetable as we had one of the best dinners of our life and they arranged alot of stuff for us to make it really special also food is really tasty and good and alot of attention to details ,would really want to thank resturant manager rohit and all of his team for the amazing stay

Not worth paying and staying

All I can say that the hotel needs an urgent upgrade on it rooms for the price that it is charging clients. Moreover the access to the swimming pool is ridiculous, there are no stairs to come up back to the rooms you have to go out and get back in through the main entrance if you need to use the lift such an inconvenience!!

The entire team are so helpful and we'll trained, friendly and professional, I loved the pool the most as it's large and nice, the premises little old need refurbishing, over all experience is nice we had a good time with family.

Not the best hotel on the water

There was no valet parking, the 15 AED tourism fee was a surprise upon arrival, the bed in the room was hard as a rock, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, just a partial piece of glass enclosing the shower, no wash cloths to take a shower with, and the breakfast buffet was decent.

Отличный отель на берегу Персидского залива.

Отличный отдых, приятная территория, пляж (зонты, лежаки). Брали в аэропорту машину на прокат и все посмотрели в округе.Хороший Афганский ресторанчик в 400 м от отеля налево вдоль автострады . Кальян супер( ментол со льдом)у перекрестка 200 м по прямой от отеля.Там же и WI-FI.

Good experience but bad water

We liked the stay. The beach was stunning and the rooms are alright. We will def come again but we has quite a bad experience with the shower water. It was yellow! so we didn't shower as we thought it was dirty water. Please have the hotel pipes checked perhaps!

Worst Hotel Experience Ever!!

I had the worst experience with the said hotel so when we checked in after few hours we checked out already. 1. First the service of the reception of the said hotel is really bad. She’s very slow and impolite, I know that I got the hotel from free but that doesn’t gave her any right to be impolite. 2. Second thing, I were charged double. The below amount was debited in my Emirates NBD account then on the reception they told me that tax and service charges to be paid in the reception. So I paid almost the same amount. I didn’t accept the additional charges but what can we do. 3. Third thing the room I booked was Deluxe Room they gave us only standard room. I’ve been there before so I know what Deluxe and what standard room is. Overall experience is bad, they ruined my weekend and we even booked again for other hotel since we travelled so far just to enjoy our weekend. I’m really disappointed, the reward been wasted, my time wasted as well everything turns out really bad. Please check on this and revert with your feedback specially on the double charges. Thank you,

Paljon lisämaksuja, mukava ranta

Ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Hotellihuone ei ollut mikään erikoinen. Hotellin ranta oli kiva ja rento. Matkustimme lapsen kanssa, hyvä asia oli että ateriat olivat 5v lapselle ilmaisia. Hoteliin ravintola oli viihtyisä ja ruoka hyvää. Hotellissa ei ollut mitään lapsille ajateltua toimintaa tai vastaavaa , ainoastaan pieni uimaallas. Uskon että hotelli on enimmäkseen pareille.Huonoa oli se että lisämaksuja sateli. Kaksi kertaa maksoimme jonkinlaisia palvelu ja veromaksuja josta emme saamme mitään tolkkua tai selitystä. Tämä nosti hintaa aika paljon. Valitettavasti lapsi oli kipeä mutta muuten viihdyimme rannalla. En kuitenkaan menisi uudestaan.
