Very disappointing experience at Al Messila Resort. For a property positioned as a luxury resort, the overall experience was far below expectations.
The level of service did not reflect a five-star hotel, and the attention to guests was disappointing. When you pay premium prices, you expect professional service, proper attention to detail, and an experience that makes you want to return. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay.
I have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts, and based on this experience, Al Messila did not meet the standard I would expect from a Luxury Collection property. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in service quality and guest experience.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on this stay.
