Everyone is lovely and accommodating. Our flight arrived well before check in time and they made sure our room was cleaned first so we could rest. The linked bar shipwreck has the best service and cocktails we found.

Awesome stay!

I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s location is right by the beach and the staff is super nice, they treat you as a family member and go above and beyond to help you out.

Staff were very welcoming and it felt like you were staying with family. The bar (Shipwreck Hut) was awesome with a lot of hilariously posters dotted all around the walls and ceiling. You were literally right on the beach overlooking the lagoon too. I would definitely recommend the Aroa Beach Side Resort.

We loved our stay, the staff is very friendly, it was nice to have the bar & restaurant right there. The kitchenette is well equipped if you want to cook, including full fridge. The setting is stunning, with fabulous ocean views. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

The manager and staff at Aro’a were absolutely wonderful. Lisa, the manager went well above and beyond what we expected in terms of service and helpfulness. The room was great, with amazing views. The place was very clean and tidy, both in our room and in the remainder of the resort. The food at The Shipwreck hut was brilliant and we loved seeing the whales playing in the ocean.

One of the best spots on the beach. Views are beautiful. Loved watching the whales while having breakfast. Rooms are comfortable clean and spacious. Facilities great for relaxing, kayaking, paddle boarding watching the whales and safe swimming/ snorkeling. Entertainment with great varied live music each evening. Handy for the bus. Staff were friendly, helpful and interested in your day. Highly recommended for a hassle free enjoyable stay in beautiful Rarotonga 😍

Lovely friendly staff, the room had a lovely deck that was sheltered and right on the beach, cooking facilities were handy, good pressure on the shower. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pillows weren’t that good and smelt musty. Overall we had a lovely stay at this property, it’s not over crowed and very relaxed.
