We had a really wonderful stay at the Arcotel during our time in Vienna. The whole place felt very modern and clean, which we appreciated as soon as we walked in. One of the best features was the option for self-check-in and check-out; it made the whole process so quick and seamless, though the staff was still right there to be helpful. Every time we had a question, they were quick to address it with a great attitude.
The location turned out to be very convenient as well. It is only about a two-minute walk to the tram station, so getting into the center of the city or to any of the major sights was incredibly easy. They also have a good-sized gym and a nice bar on-site. We didn't actually have a chance to use them while we were there, but it was nice to know they were available. Overall, it was a great experience and a very comfortable home base for our visit.

"Good hotel and breakfast. However had to ask for basic amenities like kettle and very few charging points. Our room was double booked causing other people to walk in whilst we were there, and the bathroom has no door which is hard if you are travelling with family. Hotel was clean and tidy"
