They are in the process of upgrading so things will likely improve, but after driving for hours I just wanted to relax and watch a movie but the tv wouldn’t connect to my phone for streaming per instructions and the cable was sub par. No one knew how to work the TVs so it was a bust. The staff was kind and did try to help.

This property was very convenient for us as we wanted to explore area national parks. Easy to get to off the highway. Good options for close dining options. Very clean and quiet. Only complaint was not being able to control the air/heat.

they was a big hole where you turn in or out of the parking lot hard to get out in the morning when school was in the shower was terrible the water had no pressure

We’ve stayed here a few times. The room was clean and comfortable, as always. The Monument Arena is within walking distance. The breakfast is okay but there aren’t any proteins (eggs, breakfast meats). We brought our own and cooked in the room. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Hotel is old & musty - run down. Carpet filthy, loud hum in fridge, shower nozzle corroded / lacked pressure. Pillows huge & hard - could not lie flat. Expensive rates. Howard Johnson’s more expensive than Marriott. Desperately needs remodel and upgrades.

The room was very nice size and had plenty of room. The computer desk chair was busted and all of the backing was pealing off. My mom sat down and almost ended up completely on the floor. The pillows on the bed were the size of couch throw pillows and VERY uncomfortable! The caulking around the shower was spotty and coming off along with only tile before it. I am all in favor of support animals. However, if would be nice to keep a block of rooms for people with animals so those that are terribly allergic, aren’t exposed.

The door stopper didn't work so there was prices of wall everywhere and the beds were most uncomfortable oh and the pool had a film and debris in the water. Wouldn't recommend

No hot water!
There was no hot water and we stayed in a jacuzzi suite and was unable to use the jacuzzi. There was long black hair all over in the shower and we hadn’t even used the shower yet. Lights didn’t work in our room.

I do not like to stay at hotels due to beds, I think most - if not all, are uncomfortable. But these beds were hands down the best beds I've slept in at a hotel. Will be booking again in the future!

It would've been nice to have a different breakfast selection. some scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs, some sausage, etc.... the biscuits were always cold. Property was clean and lovely. pool was ok. jacuzzi was nice in our room. Would be nice for a pen and post it note to be placed in the rooms, if someone should need to write something down...a TV guide would be WONDERFUL. Would definitely stay again, and would hope to see some of these changes in the rooms.
