Awesome stay near Torch Lake!
From the moment we arrived, i was in love with this place! Very clean and easy to find. Honestly, felt so much more roomy than pictures showed! The backyard firepit are is all fenced in and private. The decor was homey, chic and cozy...just loved it! 3 bedrooms 2 baths...couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay! I hope to come back again! The welcome basket and coffee station were great touches! Thank you for sharing your place! Outstanding!

Fantastic place!
We stayed here for few nights for a weekend bike trip. Place was very well setup. Loved the backyard firepit area. Hosts were very quick communicators. Would come back again for sure.

Clean and great location
We came to the area to boat and was very happy with the location of the house. The house itself was great!! The driveway was wide so easy to park our boat. The backyard was nice, we had a fire pit to enjoy each night. The extras like snacks, drinks, and coffee station was a nice touch!! The beds were very comfortable and 2 bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay
Tori and Aaron are wonderful hosts. House was ver clean and comfortable. Short walk to public lake access. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very attentive. Appreciated the fresh eggs and snacks including s’mores kits. Firewood supplied. Stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our time there.

Very cute house in a decent location

Fantastic clean place!
This place was perfect for our late June trip. My wife and I with our 4 kids stayed from June 26-July 1st, 2022. The house is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We wanted to stay on Torch while being close to Mackinac Island which was only 90 min away. It is just a couple min to beautiful Torch Lake with many options to rent a boat or watercraft and places to eat. The beds are very comfortable, even the pull out couch was comfy! There are lots of blankets and everything you'd need to stay a week or more. The smores, wine and popcorn were a wonderful touch especially after a long drive. The owners were very responsive although we did not need anything while staying. We would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway with the family
Just as advertised and more, thus property was perfect for a family getaway. It had everything we needed and the owner Teri was very responsive and very accommodating. Especially liked that Tori reached out to let us know the house would be available sooner for check-in. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we still were able to enjoy the back patio and fire pit. We would absolutely recommend this property and will consider it on a return visit.

Torch lake trip!

Perfect, lots of amenities and very clean!!
This house was perfect for our family! Very clean and decorated so cute! The had a welcome basket with wine and snacks! A cute coffee bar and having the washer & dryer was such a huge help! Perfect location close to torch lake, Alden & Elk Rapids. We have family nearby and will definitely recommend this place to other family members who want to visit!

Great home base to explore Torch Lake
This is a great place to stay if you are spending time on Torch Lake, very close to the public boat launch. The cabin was very clean and the host very easy to communicate with for check in questions. Although we didn’t utilize it, the outdoor space with the fire pit was great and the host even left supplies for s’mores.

Great getaway!
Enjoyed our stay here in a clean, well-appointed, nicely furnished home. We liked that it was within walking distance to the public access to Torch Lake. We also appreciated the bottled waters, granola bars, s’mores and the bottle of wine! These were all an added bonus to a very comfortable experience! Look forward to a return visit!

Very clean, spacious for the size, and nicely decorated. Our family had a great time here. It’s a little ways from the lake but access points are close and accessible with a little pre-planning.

Beautiful place and location
Beautiful place and location. Access Points to lake are nice but small so don’t expect to swim or fish. If you’re planning to do any type of fishing it’s best to have a boat if you have one to drop in a lake. If you want to swim and have a beach or water day, Bellaire is closest as they have “beach access” with grills, tables and open access. My kids each took a friend and we really enjoyed just having camp fires in the backyard and spending time as a family away from the everyday grind. My husband and I took morning walks and loved the nature and saw several wildlife in residents yards which was fun to watch. Owners were very responsive and sweet. Loved the welcome basket and eggs! So kind and what’s great way to enter after a long trip! I would make sure if you rent this VRBO, to have the code they send you to get in the house saved somehow to your phone. We had no phone service there and needed to access emails to retrieve the code so we had to drive back out until we got service to retrieve email. Once you get in the house and hook to their wi fi you are all set. They have a puzzle which my kids did on one of the rainy days we had there. I would suggest if your taking kids to take some games, puzzles, cards, reading books etc. All these are just suggestions and ideas-nothing to do with the owner. We had a wonderful stay and it’s a beautiful place! Especially if your a couple looking for a getaway! No issues at all! We did eat at the local restaurant (couple miles up the road) Bluewater Bistro and Pizzeria and it was delicious! Very clean, good food, and one of the guys (not sure if he was the cook?) was amazing! Very responsive, cleared our table, checked in on us and he wasn’t our waiter. I would say give it a try if you’re looking for a local place to eat. Great place, great stay, awesome owners!

Nice stay
We enjoyed this property. It was very clean which we appreciated. The master bed was comfortable as well. While it was just my husband and I, you could easily have more people stay with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a bit further to Traverse City than we thought.

Amazing getaway from the city

Overall, it was a great experience. Communication with the owner was very very easy. Rooms ,bathrooms, kitchen were all very clean. Owner left some complimentary items such as wine bottle from a local winery, hot chocolate and coffee etc which was a nice surprise. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Fantastic place to stay!
This property was perfect for us. It was within minutes of the boat launches. The proper was sparkling clean and looked amazing! Hosts were very responsive and had great hospitality. The welcome basket was an adorable and welcoming touch! I highly recommend staying here.

Highly Recommend For Dog Owners
My wife and I along with our 2 beloved dogs truly enjoyed our weekend trip while staying at Aaron's and Tori's home in Rapid City. The owners were extremely good with timely communication and the fenced in yard was a true blessing for my wife and I in terms of bringing our dogs on our weekend trip. The house is located within 15-20 minutes of Traverse City, along with restaurants in other nearby cities. We would definitely return to this property on our next trip up North.
