"We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up. "

"Waited up front for about 10 mins wothout anyone up there to assist in check in. Only got 1 key card which isnt the biggest issue but is definitely worth mentioning. For a cheap option near plenty of shopping and things to do its fine. Woule stay here again if needed to but not the first pick."
