"This property is on the way towards kalapathar beach from Havelock. They have rooms or cottages on both side of the roads. You can enter into vijayanagar beach easily and spend time there. The beach is a perfect one for a good scenery.

"The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional.
They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver.
I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel.
The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant.

The redort itself was set up really right in between beautiful jungle-like garden (see photos) the restaurant fine although service could have been bit quicker. "Very pretty spot , well looked after by staff.
Room very clean, and restaurant served good food. The beach is 5 mins walk away.
Nice verandah to sit out on with cane furniture.
Only thing we think could improve is the bed was very hard, and more pillows would be nice. "
