"We had a nice stay at the cabin near Bear Lake. The host was great—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and any questions a breeze. "I booked a two-room unit through Expedia, but upon arrival, we discovered there were no two-room units available at all. Confused, we sought help at a busy pizza restaurant in front of the building, which appeared to function as the makeshift check-in desk. The manager reviewed a handwritten list of names and prices and said, “We weren’t expecting you,” then gave us a key to a much smaller, one-room unit. Attempts to contact the owner through Vrbo messaging (as instructed) went unanswered....

"This hotel Was nasty they overbooked and screwed us out of a room, no accommodations at all.No updates or warnings and we're very rude about it. We were there for a softball tournament. Which another team player was staying there. They double booked a room for them and double charge them."
