"Worst breakfast iv ever had and it wasnt even included i had to pay"

"Booked this great hotel through hotels.com months before. When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have any records of us or our reservation. I showed them the reservation number and all the details from hotels.com. I was asked to forward the email from hotels.com to them, which I did. After about 10 minutes, the manager came over, understood what happened and assigned us a better room than what we selected thru hotels.com. 25 minutes later, we arrived in our suite with a water front view and balcony. A bit stressful, but the staff were very friendly, accommodating and understanding."

"Great location to spend the night when traveling. We checked in at 2am. Shuttle service was easy and timely. Good fresh food available to feed a hungry tired family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean hotel. Felt safe."

"The minute i walked into the facility it all went wrong. I had the absolute worst experience ever from day one until the day i checked out. From the room, Breakfast, Jacuzzi, pool and amenities. I complained to Hotel manager and he promised me refund but never got it..i will never stay here again nor would i ever recommend anyone esle to stay here. "

"A very nice Airport Hotel just about a block from the entrance to LAX. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and was clean and efficient. We will definitely book another stay here in the near future."
