    -Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb

    -Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

Both the location and communication with property management were excellent. We had one brief plumbing issue, which they took care of quickly. The house itself was clean but could use updating.
