Welcome to our wonderful home! Escape to this bright 3032 sq ft rancher for your peaceful getaway in the centrally located gated community of Victoria Falls.

Walk the flowered courtyard and be led into the bright cathedral ceiling foyer entrance. Discover the well-appointed beauty of Rancho Mirage living.

Master Bedroom with Queen bed. Private view through shuttered windows with glass door leading onto patio. Large walk-in closet off lavish Master Bathroom. Generous counter space, double sinks, soaker bath tub and separate shower. Spread yourselves out and relax!

Distance yourself to the front of the home. Second Bedroom with Queen bed, tastefully decorated, comes with plenty of storage and shuttered windows. Spacious Main Bathroom has double sinks leading to separate bath and shower. Queen beds in 3rd Bedroom has generous storage and closet, private views and completed with the clean look of wooden shutters.

This felt like home away from home. Truly an exceptional experience. We will be back. Beautifully furnished, well maintained, and wow what a kitchen. The view from the patio/pool area to the mountains is spectacular in the morning.

Wonderful property.

We arrived late evening. The property was easy to locate, and the neighbour who welcomed us was very helpful. This property is very spacious with luxury furnishings. Everything we needed was close to hand, with the nearest supermarket less than half a mile away. There are more golf courses than you can count and mostly amazing to play. A golfer's paradise! My communication with the owner was very easy. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a fantastic golfing vacation!

Excellent House and Location

My family and I (and small dog) spent 3 full weeks at the VRBO location over the 2014 Christmas period, and it was excellent ! The Owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and we encountered no problems at all. The house was very spacious with an excellent kitchen (and outdoor built-in gas BBQ) to cook meals, with fresh fruit off the trees on the property. Also the location is ideal - surrounded by golf courses, walking distance to a small shopping mall, and only 5 minutes from a major shopping center. The outdoor hot tub and pool sure felt nice after a good day of golf. I would definitely recommend this quiet location to anyone traveling to the Palm Springs / Rancho Mirage area and staying for a week or more. I score it a 10 out of 10 !
