This 1049 sq. ft. is a complete remodel and features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room, fireplace, and a 50” flat-panel TV with DVD player. Primary bedroom also includes a 50" flat screen with king bed and private bathroom. The properties' modernized kitchen provides new modern granite countertops, tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. This villa also includes a private BBQ with a covered patio and a two-car garage. You are walking Distance to the Community Pool. The property is across the street from the 18th fairway of the Arnold Palmer golf course.

The owners of this Condo have a cat and this caused allergies and issues for my wife. It needs to be noted ON THE WEB DESCRIPTION as this can be a very serious issue

Beautiful & peaceful
Loved the condo, neighbors friendly, lots of areas to walk. It is, however a ‘members only’ for golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. We liked it enough to re-rent next year.
