Rancho Los Cerritos Historic Area Tours and Activities

This hotel is for sure a 3-star. It started when we got there and they waited 5 minutes before our room was supposed to be ready to inform we would in a separate building. I asked a question about whether our bags could be brought over and he said, "As I said, they will be." That is not how you speak to guest and in fact is rude. The room and bed itself was not dirty but the towels weren't white and the bathroom lacked a through cleaning in between guest. The front desk person while nice when awake because he kept falling asleep. I think it would be beneficial to tell people that you all don't have an elevator and would expect people to carry your luggage up and down all those steep stairs. Overall not a terrible stay could of been a lot better 3/5.

Amazing resort style hotel walking distance from the Pike/Shoreline Village. Was very close to the cruise terminal

We had a one night on the Queen Mary it was enjoyable. A very good experience the dining in the Chelsea Chowder restaurant was great!
