"I hadv to stay overnight in fancy fe unexpectedly. I booked the room last minute. The receptionist was very nice, and we had a friendly conversation that took my mind off challenging experience that caused me to stay overnight unexpectedly. Then, there were the fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Yum!! The only thing i didn't like was how the sheets smelled - they smelled like heavy chemicals. I'm chemically sensitive, so for that reason alone, I'm not sure I'd stay here again. "

"The hotel seemed to be newly renovated. The room was clean, the parking was lit well. The office was in the middle of the hotel & a tall fence provided protection where people access their cars & register. The TV offered many good channels. This is the first hotel I've stayed at to serve 1/2 size breakfast burritos - more than enough. One will need to drive several miles to the Santa Fe Old Plaza. The only concerns I had were either a pillow or the bed top smelled of oily hair product. And, the sink faucet was hard to turn-on for water. The bathtub bottom at the back had a cracking noise when one stepped on it. These are minor things compared to the excellent room & hotel service one receives staying at Coyote South. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay there again! A satisfied customer! "

"The house is large, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen has every appliance one might need. The neighborhood is private but the owner lives nearby and is available to handle any issues.We had one issue early in our stay with the hot water and Stephen (owner) discovered a tripped circuit breaker and fixed it in minutes."
