Very Bad Experience – Extremely Dirty Property and Poor Hygiene I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience staying at this property. The overall condition of the property was extremely poor, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The rooms were very dirty, poorly maintained, and completely below acceptable standards. The washrooms were also extremely dirty and unhygienic, making it very uncomfortable to use them. The overall environment was unpleasant, and the property did not provide the basic level of cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene that any guest would reasonably expect. I was extremely disappointed with the poor housekeeping and lack of proper maintenance. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and overall service standards. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families. It was a complete disappointment and a very unpleasant experience. I will never stay at this property again. Overall Rating: 1/10 – Extremely Poor Experience.

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.
