Outdated property. Room wasn’t dirty, but it also didn’t feel like a healthy room either.
Fridge was not plugged in and was damaged. We didn’t attempt to plug it in as it felt suspect at best. Toilet seat was not secure making it odd to use it. Chairs were stained - looked like they attempted to clean, but who knows what was there before.
The location in Times Square is wonderful and the price point for that location is the ONLY reason we’d consider staying here again.
Are we completely unhappy with our stay? No. But we will definitely look at other option next visit to NYC.
