Well positioned property,money needs to be spent to justify the rates .. Internet is weak especially in the bedrooms, Televisions are too small, with very poor channel selections ..Needs USB ports in bedrooms
The are rooms are spacious but
needs updated .. Breakfast was very good . And the people who work at the hotel are very nice.
Money needs to spent to justify the overall experience.. I would not stay here again , unless i hear that improvements have been made

Loved convenient location and great buffet breakfast (even gave us takeaway cups for coffee) comfortable beds but bathroom had no wash cloths and no sink in area where toilet was

Very comfortable room that smelled good and had a fantastic view of Trafalgar Square area. Right next to some great pubs, short walk to fun shops in Covent Garden, easy access to the subway and delicious lattes in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff too!

"A nice modern hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Not a great choice of wine by the glass in the bar. Exceptionally expensive breakfast at £20pp so we gave it a miss and ate in the on site cafe.
