"The property itself is beautiful, just it is no worthy enough for the price, check in was kind bumpy I wasn’t informed of the facilities of the place, my sheet was kind dirty when I get to my room there was a cockroach in the room, after 7:pm there is no one around the front desk than can help you, overall stay was okay because we loved the view and the pools are amazing. "The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are extremely outdated and should be renovated. There are no activities during the day. The meals were not up to par. In the hotel amenities they say they have a coffee shop. Well it’s a lie. They have a coffee stand. There’s a difference. "
